Review summary
Based on recent reviews
Powered by AI
At Galgorm, guests frequently praise the spacious and comfortable rooms, some boasting amazing river views. The thermal village is a highlight, featuring plenty of saunas, pools and tubs, with a very relaxing experience, while the breakfast at Gillies is consistently rated as excellent with plenty of choice. Some guests have, however, found accessing the hot tubs challenging due to crowds at times. For a special occasion, consider the Oaks residence with its two living rooms, sauna, hot tub, four ensuite bedrooms and a large kitchen.

charmed by the experience

sauna featureminibus servicefood selectionfriendly drivers
The oaks residence impressed me with two living rooms, a sauna, and a hot tub. It also includes four ensuite bedrooms alongside a large kitchen. helen greeted us upon arrival. She explained how the hot tub and sauna work. the minibus service was prompt, and the drivers were friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. breakfast at gillies included a great food selection.
the spa towels are managed using a card system, requiring a return to avoid a £25 fine. i found this a bit inconvenient, especially after using the facilities late at night.
Rooms
9/10
The room featured modern plugs. These include usb and usb-c ports. a cold drinking water tap was a new addition and very welcome. the complimentary mini-bar included crisps and cookies. everything we needed was there.
Service

Facilities
